Discontinuation of Support for IP Address 23.253.180.12

As of December 21, 2024, the IP Address 23.253.180.12 will no longer be valid. Some older sites on our platform that are currently using this IP Address will need to have their domain settings updated for the site to load.
If you do have domains pointing to this IP address, you should have been contacted by a support team member via a support ticket. If you're concerned you may have sites pointing to this IP Address and would like to verify, please Submit a Request to inquire with our team.

We've also spelled out the changes in 2 easy steps below:
STEP 1
From the DNS Settings of the domain, edit the existing A Record that is pointing to 23.253.180.12 and change it to this IP Address: 50.17.250.125
STEP 2
Create an additional A Record that looks exactly like the record you just edited, except make it point to this IP Address: 54.164.59.88
The end result is you will end up with 2 A Records that look the same, simply pointed to different IP addresses, and there will be no sign of 23.253.180.12 in the DNS Settings.
Once again, any sites that are still pointing to 23.253.180.12 after December 21, 2024 will not load.
