IRIS Agent Overview

(Intelligent Rule & Integrity System)
AWF’s AI-Powered Back Office Monitoring System

What Is IRIS Agent? IRIS is an advanced AI monitoring and enforcement system developed by AWF to maintain the integrity of the shared Web Builder 4.0 back office. It operates as an invisible yet powerful compliance watchdog, ensuring that every Owner Agent follows platform rules, respects system boundaries, and protects client privacy.

🔐 IRIS Motto:

"Integrity First. Privacy Always. Misuse Never."

Lesson 1:
Understanding Shared Infrastructure

AWF Web Builder 4.0 is built using a shared back office infrastructure to allow multiple Owner Agents to work simultaneously in one system.
Why Shared?
This structure helps keep your monthly subscription costs low while allowing full access to powerful tools for demos and client website creation. without the sharing concept the agent monthly subscription would be greater than 200%.
Your Responsibility:
You must only interact with websites you personally created. Clicking on or editing another agent's work disrupts the system and violates privacy. This is monitored very closely 24/7 by IRIS.

🔐 Agent Privacy & Platform Integrity

Although the AWF Web Builder 4.0 is a shared platform, each Owner Agent’s demo and client accounts are fully private and protectedSite titles may be visible to other agents, as part of the shared environment 🚫 BUT no other agent can view or access your website’s internal details — unless they manually click on your site, which is a major violation of AWF policy.

⚠️ High-Risk Violation: Accessing Other Agents’ Accounts

Manually clicking on a client or demo account that you did not personally create is considered a Level One High-Risk Violation of our compliance standards.
🔒 All activity is monitored by AGENT IRIS (Intelligent Rule & Integrity System)
🕵️ Attempts to access another agent’s account trigger a full audit
❌ Viewing, modifying, or clicking on another agent’s site is a breach of trust, integrity, and shared platform rules

Peace of Mind for All Agents

You can confidently use the AWF Web Builder 4.0 knowing: Your client information and websites are never accessible to others
All your demo and live sites are securely yours System integrity is upheld through real-time compliance monitoring

Respect the system. Respect other agents. Protect your business.
By continuing, you acknowledge and agree to these shared platform boundaries.
Monitoring & Enforcement
AWF uses Agent IRIS (Intelligent Rule & Integrity System), an AI-powered monitoring system that:

  • Monitors ALL actions inside the back office 24/7
  • Tracks agent behavior in real time
  • Logs violations for audit review
  • Agent IRIS helps ensure the platform remains secure, fair, and legally compliant for all users.

Lesson 4:
1). Reputation Management ❌   Under Manage Reserved for administrative use .
🚫 Restricted Back Office Areas & Why You Cannot Access Them

1. Reputation Management
This section is designed for centralized platform administration. It may include reviews, scoring systems, or tools used by AWF staff — not intended for agent use.
➡️ Reason: Access could affect shared platform data or interfere with other agents’ client insights.

The Reputation Management section is strictly reserved for use by the AWF Sales Team only.
While AWF offers a free Reputation Management service for your own reseller site, this area is not meant to be accessed or managed by Owner Agents directly.

Awf co5555
⚠️ Why You Must Stay Out:

This tool is tied to our internal sales systems.
If an agent accidentally uses this area, it can trigger billing to your own account, overriding the free benefit we already provide to you.
It may also interfere with official sales processes or client order workflows handled by AWF staff.

 What You Can Do:

You can upsell Reputation Management as an optional add-on service to your own clients (at a profit).
Simply request the service through the proper AWF order channel — support ticket not through this internal dashboard.

🔒 Bottom Line:

AWF provides this valuable tool for agents at no charge, but if misused, you could accidentally charge yourself and disrupt your account benefits. Always stay out of the Reputation Management tab — our team and IRIS (Intelligent Rule & Integrity System) monitors all access.
